Return and Refund Policy

14-day right of withdrawal

You may cancel your online purchase without giving a reason by notifying VITALI within 14 calendar days after you, or a person you designate other than the carrier, receive the goods. For goods ordered together and delivered separately, the period starts after receipt of the last item. Send a clear statement to our email address before the deadline. You may use the form below, but this is optional. Prior approval is not required to exercise this right.

Sending goods back

Send the goods back within 14 calendar days after notifying us of withdrawal. Contact us promptly for the appropriate return instructions. Return address: [TO BE COMPLETED — full return address]. These administrative instructions do not extend or restrict your statutory rights.

You pay the direct cost of a change-of-mind return only where that obligation was disclosed before purchase and is permitted by law. If it was not disclosed, VITALI bears that cost. For items that cannot normally be returned by post, any applicable return-cost estimate must be provided before purchase. We bear the necessary return costs for faulty, damaged or incorrect goods where required by law. No restocking fee applies to statutory withdrawal.

Refunds

We refund payments, including the cost of our least expensive standard outbound delivery, within 14 calendar days of receiving your withdrawal notice. Extra charges for a more expensive delivery option you selected are not refundable under the withdrawal right. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the returned goods or evidence that you sent them back, whichever occurs first, unless we offered to collect them. Refunds use the original payment method, without a refund fee, unless you expressly agree otherwise.

Handling and fragrance returns

You may inspect goods to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. You are responsible only for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary for that purpose, where legally permitted. Keep packaging where possible and pack bottles securely. Contact us before sending leaking or damaged fragrances so we can provide safe carrier instructions. We do not apply a blanket exclusion to opened fragrances; statutory rights and any legally applicable exceptions take priority.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods

Email your order number and a description of the problem. Photographs, where available, can help us investigate. EU consumers benefit from the statutory legal guarantee of at least two years from delivery, and any longer protection under applicable national law. Depending on the circumstances, remedies include free repair or replacement, or a price reduction or refund as provided by law. A fault claim is separate from the 14-day withdrawal period.

Mandatory rights

This policy preserves all mandatory rights under the law applicable to your purchase, including stronger national protections. For purchases governed by Brazilian consumer law, statutory cancellation and refund rights, including return without cost where legally required, remain available.
